MANAGEMENT OF LMS

We ensure your employee information stays current through the use of custom integration, which is possible with most HRIS and payroll systems. We upload and approve in-person training documents that may include First Aid/CPR, verbal and physical intervention, on-the-job training, or any other documents you desire. We set up automated emails to ensure your managers are notified 30 days before their employees are due for training. We also send out monthly training compliance reports to key leaders so they can monitor training across your organization.

ONLINE TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION

We work with you to develop a personalized plan to implement online training for your organization. We can provide on-site training and continued support to ensure your managers and trainers know how to utilize the Learning Management System. We can upload and map your historical training data so that people receive credit for courses already completed prior to starting online training. We will develop auto-enrollment profiles so that employees are assigned training automatically based on a variety of factors like job title, location, hire date, etc.

ONLINE COURSE CONTENT

Our online courses are interactive and include 100% voiceover to help different types of learners retain course content. We have a growing library of online courses that include basic information like HIPPA compliance, harassment, and safety and IDD-specific courses like individual rights, infection control, whistleblower protection/fraud prevention, and abuse, neglect, and exploitation. EMPLOYEE SURVEYS

We can set up employee surveys in our Learning Management System, which will automatically assign surveys to your employees based on the same requirements available through online training. Survey analysis can be sent quarterly to key leaders so they can monitor employee satisfaction and/or additional concerns you may have.
